Cancellation Policy
Your deposit goes towards your total on the day of your appointment. It is non-refundable. Any cancellations or no shows after the 12 hour cancellation period will have their deposit forfeited for time spent on research and materials purchased and will not be allowed to rebook without another deposit. Please let me know ASAP if there is any unavoidable delays that will keep you from arriving, I will do my best to accommodate. Thank you for your understanding.
